SOMETHING thrilling is occurring on the finish of this month. On the evenings of 30 and 31 Might, astronomers world wide might be watching the skies to see whether or not a brand new meteor bathe, which has been predicted for nearly 100 years, involves go.

In Might 1930, a comet known as 73P/ Schwassmann-Wachmann 3, also called SW3, was first noticed by German astronomers. Shortly after its discovery, there have been predictions that it will trigger a meteor bathe if it travelled shut sufficient to Earth.
